Can I change the email address I use to log in? No, you cannot change a registered email address. You will need to register with your new email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for our audit team to add your account code to your new profile.

Can I have more than one registered user for our account? Yes, additional users can register for online access from the home page at www.ffeinc.com. Click on Register at the top right of the page.

How do I sign up for Auto Alert notifications? Log in to your account and go to your Profile (click on your name at the top right of our web page). Scroll down to the Auto Alert section and select the desired alert notifications. Updates will process overnight.

I no longer want to receive Auto Alert notifications, how do I remove them? Go to your profile (click on your name at the top right of our web page) Scroll down to the Auto Alerts section and uncheck the alerts you no longer want to receive and click Update at the bottom of the page. Updates will process overnight. Don’t see any alerts checked? Complete the form above and select Remove Auto Alert Notifications; Alert notifications will be removed and updated overnight.
