awarded FFE Transportation Services Owner Operator, Wayne Lowe, Owner Operator of the Year 2008. He was selected as the grand prize winner of the contest based on his excellent safety record, unblemished work history and community and industry involvement. Lowe began driving for FFE Transportation Services four decades ago and he has logged more than 4.5 million accident-free truckload miles.

The recipient of this award is chosen from some of the best truck drivers operating in Texas. The drivers are rated in categories such as number of miles traveled without a chargeable accident, consistency, politeness on the road, and tenure.
